Resize images for Instagram’s 1080×1440 post size
Instagram’s current feed post is 1080×1440. Resize locally, optionally compress.
Instagram’s current recommended feed post is 1080×1440 (3:4). Square 1080×1080 still works. 4:5 (1080×1350) is the older portrait size. Stories remain 1080×1920.
Image Resize runs in the browser. Preset “Instagram post 3:4” is the default. You can also set exact pixels, a percentage, or other presets (square, 4:5, story, YouTube-style HD). Optional compression writes a smaller JPEG/WebP.
Steps
- Drop JPG, PNG, or WebP files.
- Keep Preset → Instagram post 3:4, or pick another size.
- Optional: turn on compress and set quality.
- Resize. Several images download as a ZIP.
