UnlimitedPDF.app (“the site”) is operated by Eli F., an individual based in Ontario, Canada (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@unlimitedpdf.app.
Files you process
Every tool runs in your browser. PDFs and images are read with the File API, processed with client-side libraries (pdf-lib, PDF.js, canvas, Web Workers, and OCR data when you use OCR), and offered back to you as a download. They are never uploaded. This site has no file-upload API. We cannot read, share, or delete a document you used in a tool, because it never reached us.
Accounts
There are no accounts. The site has no sign-in and does not ask for your name or email address to use any tool.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-QKM5B863XY) to see how the site is used: which pages are opened, how visitors found the site, and what kinds of devices and browsers they use. The Google Analytics script runs in your browser and sends Google details such as the page address, the referring page, your browser, device type, screen size, language, the time of the visit, and your IP address, which Google uses to estimate an approximate location. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies on this domain, named _ga and _ga_QKM5B863XY. They hold a random identifier so that repeat visits can be counted, and by default they expire after two years. Google Analytics never receives your files, file names, or document text, because files are processed in your browser and are not sent anywhere.
We see this information as aggregated reports and do not try to identify individual visitors. Google processes it under its own terms: see how Google uses information from sites that use its services and the Google privacy policy.
To opt out of Google Analytics on every site, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies for this site or using your browser’s tracking protection also works, and the tools keep working either way. Like any website, our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs (IP address, requested page, browser type, and time) for security and troubleshooting.
Advertising
We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies or similar identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other sites, to measure ads, and to limit how often you see them. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this and other sites. AdSense does not receive your files, and a download is never locked behind an ad.
You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, and read how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.
Visitors in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you are shown a consent message from a Google-certified consent management platform. Personalized ads are only used if you agree, and you can change your choice later through the privacy and cookie settings link that the consent message provides.
Cookies and local storage
The site itself stores one setting in your browser’s local storage: your light or dark theme choice. Google Analytics sets the first-party cookies described under Analytics, and Google AdSense may set third-party cookies as described under Advertising. The tools work if you block cookies.
Static assets
Engines such as the PDF.js worker and the OCR language data load as static files, or from a public CDN, the first time a tool needs them. Those requests do not include your documents.
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and we keep the correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your request. You can ask us to delete it.
Your rights
We handle personal information in line with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) where it applies. Because we do not collect files or run accounts, we hold very little about you directly: at most, an email you sent us. You can ask for a copy of it, a correction, or its deletion. Analytics and advertising data are held by Google; use the Google controls above to manage them.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
